About Rippingale Builders

Rippingale builders was first established in 1966,
Desmond Rippingale & Jeff Latch decided to team up and create
Latch & Rippingale Builders after the war.
They were successful builders in their time developing land and building houses around the Melbourne outer suburbs.

Gary Rippingale since took over the company and also did some housing developments in Melbourne’s outer suburbs before moving to Torquay on Victoria’s south coast.
He built many houses up and down that coast line for 20+ years before moving to the Sunshine Coast QLD in 2005, where Jess Rippingale begun his carpentry apprenticeship.

We since rebranded the company to Rippingale Builders and have constructed a wide range of projects from million dollar architectural homes on the beach to commercial building, board walks in the rainforest or up in the hinterland and working with our boots in the sand building beach accesses and shelters up and down the Sunshine Coast.
